- Responsibilities:

- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and facilitating necessary paperwork.
- Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries regarding HR-related issues and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Assist in resolving employee conflicts and issues through effective communication and mediation.
- Performance Management:
- Support the performance management process by assisting in goal-setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of employee performance evaluations and ensure compliance with performance management policies.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Compliance:
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
