    • The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for assisting in the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the human resource function.
    • The individual will provide support in various HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Recruitment and Onboarding:
      • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
      • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and facilitating necessary paperwork.
    • Employee Relations:
      • Address employee queries regarding HR-related issues and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
      • Assist in resolving employee conflicts and issues through effective communication and mediation.
    • Performance Management:
      • Support the performance management process by assisting in goal-setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
      • Maintain accurate records of employee performance evaluations and ensure compliance with performance management policies.
    • HR Administration:
      • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
      • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
    • Compliance:
      • Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements.
      • Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
